Back by Popular Demand: Alumbra Base Bootcamp, Round 2 Begins August 5 with Prep Week!

The first round of our Alumbra Base Bootcamp was more than just a fitness program, it became a powerful space where women showed up for themselves, made progress, supported each other, and found joy in the process.
This 6-week program helped participants build strength, stability, and sustainable routines. Whether they were just getting started or getting back into their groove, the structure and support made it easy to stay on track and feel empowered.

Highlights from Round 1

✅ Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching Calls: Each participant had a private weekly call where we could talk through challenges like time management, morning motivation, or fitness roadblocks. Sometimes we even used the time to move through a short session together, offering a chance to correct form and get feedback in real time.

✅ Flexible Cardio Days: Twice a week everyone had the freedom to choose cardio activities that matched their energy, goals, and schedule. Some participants went for walks, others ran with the Sunset Joggers, and a few joined other fitness classes, including our RitmoFit XP sessions!

✅ Daily Pep Talks in Our Private Chat: Each day, "Coach V" shared an encouraging message to keep the group focused, motivated, and connected. These little reminders made a big difference and helped participants push through busy or low-energy days.
✅ A Joyful End-of-Bootcamp Celebration: We wrapped things up with an in-person meetup, despite the rainy, windy weather, many of the local participants showed up for a fun group workout! Afterward, we shared a healthy potluck-style breakfast, caught up in person, and celebrated with diplomas, goodies, and big smiles all around, like a fun graduation ceremony and party! 🥳🥳🥳
